Cancellation & refund policy

• Deposits: all deposits are non-refundable. The deposit secures your session date and is deducted from your final balance.
• Rescheduling: you can reschedule at no extra cost with at least 72 hours' (3 days') notice. With less notice, rescheduling may be possible in a genuine emergency but is not guaranteed. Deposits remain non-refundable even when a session is rescheduled.
• Late arrival: arriving more than 20 minutes late adds a £10 late fee to your final balance. Arriving more than 30 minutes late results in the session being cancelled; the deposit remains non-refundable.
• Cancellation by the photographer: in the rare event the photographer has to cancel (illness, emergency, severe weather), you will be offered a full refund of any deposit paid or a rearranged date, whichever you prefer.
• Refunds: apart from the cancellation-by-photographer case above, deposits are non-refundable. The remaining balance is payable after your session.
