Terms and conditions

• All prices are shown in pounds sterling (£). Prices shown are starting prices; the final price for your shoot is confirmed when you book and is based on the date, location and package you choose.
• A booking request is accepted when you receive a booking reference and (where online payment is enabled) your deposit is paid.
• Deposits are non-refundable (see the booking policies and cancellation policy).
• If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact us as soon as possible and read the cancellation policy.
• The photographer retains the copyright in all photographs. You are licensed to use and share your photos for personal use unless a different licence is agreed.
• While we make every effort to deliver on the agreed date, sessions may be rearranged in the event of illness or severe weather; deposits remain valid for a rearranged session.
