Booking policies
These are the booking policies for Manet Photography. Please read them before booking — you'll be asked to confirm you agree to them at the payment step. All figures can be changed by the owner in the admin area.
Booking confirmation & deposit
To secure a session, a non-refundable deposit is required at time of booking — 50% of the total for bookings under £100, or 30% for bookings of £100 and over. Payment is completed via the secure payment link before the session is confirmed. All deposits are non-refundable.
Travel
The first 10 miles from Sheffield are free; beyond that, travel is charged at £0.45 per mile. Any parking costs or parking tickets incurred at the shoot location are added to the final balance separately.
Late arrivals
If the client is more than 20 minutes late, a £10 late fee is added to the final balance; more than 30 minutes late and the session is cancelled (deposit remains non-refundable).
Rescheduling
Sessions may be rescheduled at no extra cost with at least 72 hours' (3 days') notice. In a genuine emergency, rescheduling with less notice may be possible but still requires at least a few hours' notice where practical. Deposits remain non-refundable even if a session is rescheduled.
Image delivery
Standard delivery of edited images is 2 business days; same-day delivery is available for an extra £5.
Referrals
Recommend Manet Photography to friends and family: every 15 successful referrals earns one free photoshoot — a free 1-hour general photoshoot in a public location (a park, the city centre or similar outdoor space). Referral bookings get £5 off the standard price.
